Directions From Jasper
- Take Hwy 231 South to Hwy 64 in Huntingburg.
- Turn right (West) on Hwy 64 and go 11 miles.
- You will see the Hwy 257 intersection. Do not turn, continue straight on Hwy 64 for another ½ mile.
- When you see the ‘deer crossing’ sign, slow down.
- Turn right onto County Road 700 E. It is a gravel road and you will see a ‘No Outlet’ sign as you turn onto the road.
- You will go up a hill and see a blue barn on the left and our clinic just ahead on the right.
- Turn right on Country Road 700 S.
- Our clinic is the first building on the left, it is a tan and green garage.
Directions From Lousville
- Head out of Louisville on I-64 West.
- Take exit 54, Turn Right going toward Holland on Hwy 161 North.
- Follow Hwy 161 North until you come to the “T” intersection of Hwy 161 and Hwy 64.
- Take a Left heading West on Hwy 64.
- Go about 6 miles, you will come to Hwy 64 and Hwy 257 intersection. Do not turn, continue straight on Hwy 64 for another ½ mile.

Directions From Ireland
- Take 56 West to Hwy 257 (Otwell Junction).
- Turn Left on Hwy 257 South.
- Follow Hwy 257 until you come to the Hwy 64 intersection.
- Turn right onto Hwy 64 West. In a ½ mile you will see the ‘deer crossing’ sign, slow down.
- Turn right onto County Road 700 E. It is a gravel road and you will see a ‘No Outlet’ sign as you turn onto the road.

Directions From Evansville
- Head out of Evansville on I-69 North.
- Take exit 33, Turn Right going toward Oakland City/Huntingburg on Hwy 64 East.
- Go about 6 miles to a 4 way stop. Keep going straight and go another 5 miles on Hwy 64.
- When you come to a clearing of trees, on your Left you’ll see County Road 700 E.
- Turn left on to 700 E. It is a gravel road and you will see a ‘No Outlet’ sign as you turn onto the road.
- You will go up a hill and see a blue barn on the left and our clinic just ahead on the right.
- Turn right on Country Road 700 S.
- Our clinic is the first building on the left, it is a tan and green garage.
